That is so cool! I think organic stuff takes way better, even cooked, so of course raw it would be a huge difference.

By the way, I went and picked organic blackberries at a local farm here. Very fun! Very scratchy.

That's the difference between Texas and Vermont! There you're picking blackberries and here ours haven't even bloomed yet!!
