Farmer Dad

Big Mike (my Dad) blew into town for a short visit.

After some chillin' on the porch, he headed up to the fields and disced some ground for us.

Thanks Farmer Dad!

What a great job you both are doing on the Old Shaw Farm! Everything is growing: melons, tomatoes, turnips, carrots, broccoli. And, most importantly, Scooter's growing too!

I'm overwhlemed by how much you have accomplished, inside and outside, in such a short time. True, there's more to be done. But, like you say, that's what farm life is all about. I'm excited about the " half full glass."

And the views of the mountains and meadows are spell binding. It's so easy to become one with Nature in Peacham.

Mike you look great driving the tractor! Glad to see you are taking some time to enjoy Vermont's great weather!

What's on your mind, if you will allow the overstatement?
