The dandelions are in full bloom. It's spectacular. The bees are very happy. It's their first major feast of the summer.

We watched a house finch eating dandelion seeds in the backyard. Dandelion seeds? How many calories per seed, do you suppose? XXOO

Howdy, folks,

I am adding you to the list of small farms with websites on my blog ("Small Farms"). I am traveling on the East Coast right now, photographing and writing about farms. I love the work you are doing, and think farmers rock. Well, farmers who are practicing sustainable agriculture.

Do you know about LocalHarvest.org? Y'all should get listed there: it's a nationwide database where people just plug in their zip codes to find farms, CSAs, and all kinds of organic products and businesses.

Maybe some day I can get up to South Peacham.

Thanks for all your hard work,
Tana Butler
