not a total success yet - hope all the funding from the annenberg foundation goes through. It's great to see philanthropy support existing successful communities that need money - sometimes it seems - in LA at least - I read about new project that get funding while the old ones struggle to survive but have served so many. It'd be great to see a happy ending for all - property owner gets paid and people are a legit space to garden.
